• Yes. Our technical team conducts regular on-site services & maintenance of fire alarm systems in residential buildings such as apartments & condo and commercial buildings such as factories, warehouses & office buildings.​

What happens during the on-site service & maintenance of fire system?

• Our technicians will check & test the functionality of all fire devices and fire points in the building and conclude the service with a detail written report for your reference. ​

How often does the on-site service & maintenance need to be carry out?

• It can be carried out monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or bi-annually. Our consultants will advise accordingly after conducting a primary site visit (Free of charge) at said premises.​

• Yes, it is mandatory to conduct regular service and maintenance of fire fighting systems in most buildings, especially commercial and industrial ones. This is enforced by the Fire Services Act 1988 (Act 341) and ensures that these systems are in good working condition to protect lives and property. ​
